

We designed the system architecture, coordinated the technical activities and developed the Regional Service Center, which represents the operational core of the BIP system.
The Service Center contains information on both the public transport service operated by public transport companies (lines, routes, timetables, journeys made, kilometers traveled, etc.) and the ticketing system (travel tickets, smart card records, tickets sold, validations made, load indices, etc.) and supports the regional government in planning public transport services.
Since 2016, we have also been managing the Free Circulation Desk. Free Circulation BIP cards contain a free travel pass, valid for one year, which can be used on the entire regional public transport network.
Our desk receives and verifies initial applications submitted to the authorities by eligible people and prints and sends the card to their home address. Our staff assist users and handle all procedures related to card issuance and travel pass activation and provide information on expiration dates and the procedures required for annual renewals.
